The 2019 Lead Entity Letter of Intent Template is to be used to submit a project for consideration through the 2019 HCCC Lead Entity grant round. Letters of Intent are due on February 11, 2019 and are to be submitted to the HCCC Lead Entity Program Coordinator, aolivas@hccc.wa.gov(link sends e-mail).
