Beth joined HCCC in July 2026 as the Deputy Director and Director of Communication following 22 years of federal service.
Previously, she served as the Public Affairs Director at U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 10, and the Deputy Public Affairs Director of U.S. Army Europe and Africa. Beth earned a BS in public relations, MA in international relations and maintains an Accreditation in Public Relations.
