Location: Island Lake Community Center between Silverdale and Poulsbo

This is a joint meeting with the TAG focusing work in the morning and early afternoon (9:30-2:45) to determine an interim, technically-ranked list and the Citizen's Committee taking up that product in the afternoon (3:00-6:00) and amending and/or adopting it to produce a final ranked list.
